Daily Bits of Guidance for April 9th, 2016

Today’s guidance

If you like numerology then you know  today is a very special day. It is 22 Master Day! What does it mean?

It means that universal energy is helping us with new beginnings. This is very much aligned with yesterday’s bits of guidance as well.

Today is a perfect day to start a new routine! It can be related to your physical health (e.g. drinking more water) or to your emotional well being (e.g. starting a gratitude journal).

What about learning something new today? Or maybe loving yourself on a new level?

Today’s actions

  1. New routine
  2. Love yourself
  3. Open mind

Today’s support

How to … start a new routine

  • Choose something easy and quick. Split a bigger goal in smaller steps if needed.
  • Build a new routine on top of the old routine.
  • Integrate each small step one by one. When you feel already comfortable add a new level.
  • Celebrate each day. Any progress is still a progress!

How to … love yourself more

  • Accept yourself as you are right now. You are PERFECT! You are UNIQUE! You are VALUABLE!
  • Have an honest dialog with yourself. Have you tried journaling?
  • Do some affirmations “I love myself”, “I honor myself”, “I respect myself”, “I trust myself”.
  • Don’t believe in affirmations? Alternatively, ask yourself the question “Why I love myself some much right now?” Very powerful if done frequently. Try and see!
  • Connect to you higher self by doing some meditation. Even 5 min per day is better than nothing.

How to … keep an open mind

  • Read or listen something new each day. Try TEDx Talks videos!
  • Accept the fact that everyone is unique! This means that their point of view might be different from your point of view. It’s OK. Life would be boring if everybody would be the same.
  • Challenge yourself to learn new skills on frequent basis.

You never know who’s live you can change with a simple push of a button!
